Julie Tappendorf, the co-author of the book Social Media & Local Governments: Navigating the New Public Square (2d edition forthcoming), has conducted numerous training sessions, and has presented at national and local conferences and workshops on the legal and ethical issues that arise with social media use by agencies and organizations, and their employees.
