The county did not tell him to shut down his page. We asked him to attend a cyberbullying class. Although such matters are usually private personnel matters, Mamuad detailed this in his own lawsuit so we are merely pointing out what it says in his court document. I should point out the situation were reversed and Mamuad had filed a complaint against another employee because he felt harrassed, we would have done the same thing.
